We use information you submit to respond to your inquiry, prepare a quote, schedule project work, and communicate with you about your project. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Cookies
This website uses a small number of strictly necessary cookies and similar technologies. These include cookies set by Cloudflare Turnstile for invisible spam prevention on our contact form. We do not use cookies for analytics or advertising.
Third-party services
We use the following third-party services to operate the website:
- Brevo (Sendinblue) as the SMTP provider that delivers contact form submissions to our inboxes. Brevo processes the contents of submitted messages strictly to send them to us.
- Cloudflare Turnstile for invisible CAPTCHA protection on the contact form, to prevent automated spam. Cloudflare may set a cookie and collect a limited set of technical signals to verify that submissions come from real visitors.
- Hostinger as our web hosting provider. Standard server access logs are retained per Hostinger's policies.
Data retention
We retain contact form submissions for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry, complete any project work that follows, and maintain reasonable business records. You can request deletion of your information at any time by emailing alex@eliterackinstallations.com.
Your rights
You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or request that we delete it. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at alex@eliterackinstallations.com.
Children
This website is intended for business users. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
