Pick modules combine structural rack, decking, conveyor cutouts, pallet drop zones, work areas, kick plates, and safety railing. Our crews handle the rack erection, decking, and safety components in coordination with conveyor integrators and electrical trades.

Modular in-plant offices are pre-engineered panel-and-frame structures that bolt together inside the warehouse. They install faster than stick-built construction, can be relocated, and provide professional office space for supervisors, quality control, breakrooms, and conference areas.

Our crews install single-story and two-story modular offices from major manufacturers including Porta-King, Panel Built, and Starrco. The install includes floor track or base channel, wall panels, ceiling grid, doors, windows, electrical roughing access, and HVAC penetrations. Stairs, decking, and second-story railings are part of the install for two-story configurations.

We coordinate final electrical, plumbing, and HVAC connections with licensed trades. Where the office sits inside a clean room, food zone, or controlled environment, we follow the project finish requirements.
